Take Action: Contact your State Senator and let them know you support telecom reform
The Ohio State Senate is considering the Ohio Telecom Modernization Act of 2009 (SB 162 and HB 276), which will remove outdated language in current law that discourages investment and will create a more streamlined regulatory structure. If Telecom reform passes, Ohio consumers could see the benefits of increased investment and competition in the technology and telecommunications industry, which will help drive Ohio’s economic growth.
The State Senate may vote on Telecom reform as early as this week. Your Senator needs to hear from you that Ohio consumers support this bill because it is a driver for growth in the technology and telecommunications industry.
